My bikes missing the piece that is obviously missing from the picture that connects the two under-seat plastics. I would like to buy this piece from someone parting out a GS.

Any color, but stock pearl white would be the best.

Otherwise, does anyone know where to buy this part, since I can't seem to find it on any parts fiches online. TIA

Hopefully someone with a better connection can help you find the piece. I have one you could have for the cost of shipping, but it's for '01+ plastics, wouldn't fit yours.
