Just adjusting the clutch cable to where it doesn't feed into the friction zone until you let the clutch out about one-third to half way. 

My next bike will probably be a SV1000 with no fairing. There is that guy on KCSB with the silver one.  It is soooo freakin' bad ass looking. 

I'm actually split between the nekkid and faired SV1000. Although I do like the naked version, that is the only bike IMO that got the half fairing/bellypan combo right, and it looks good

Yeah.  The one i fell in love with is a silver one with a pointy silver belly pan, some clip ons, and a tank bra.  For some reason it just struck a chord with me.

Yeah I remember seeing that guy at one of the group rides a few months back.  Jake D are you gonna make the September 30th Lake of the Ozarks ride (on KCSB)?  I'll be there for sure, but I haven't decided if Im gonna go 2-up with my old lady or not..

the SV 650is a very nice Bike, it makes curves like no other, the acceleration is fantastic, up 100 km its almost as fast as the SV 1000 ( I had the sv 1000 )
consumes little brakse are great. has 50% more power than the GS 500.
