The bike runs and shifts. The carbs do need some adjustment but I don't think you would have to do anything else to the bike to make it reliable. The transmission shifts very smooth and the bike does not smoke or rattle. It is located in Pigeon Forge TN. I am asking $650 obo. this is a good little bike just needs some tlc. I ride it almost everyday. It has around 21000 miles on it.

The frame has a gusset for the top seat rail. 90 or later.
