I'm selling my baby.  I got an 01 SV650S and dont have the use for 2 bikes.  I will post pics later today when the temp warms up.  there are pics in the gallery if you want a look now.  Some of the mods/upgrades:

rear tire only has approx. 2K miles BT45

I may add more as I remember/look at the bike.  I am selling it here for $1600. I have an airtech solo tail and extra seat that I had not gotten around to installing that I will throw in for $85. I am located near Asheville, NC. I will only accept cash in hand in exchange for title in hand. I'm gonna leave this on here about a week, then I'm running it locally.

SALE PENDING ON SOLO TAIL.....bike is going in local paper, if no luck, put it up for winter and break it back out in spring.   

I think you should keep it.  You will sorely miss your first ride.  Everyone does.

I would love too.....but i dont do track days, i'm not sure if there's even a track near me.  also, i dont want to pay for insurance on 2 bikes, to go with the 2 cars I own.  but i would love to.

I've not seen this bike even though I lived 40 miles or so from it till september this year, but I bought body work she rejected ... gorgeous ... and that's what she didn't want to use.
So I'd say go over and buy it now.

You should have come to one of our mad thrash type things at werase's place.
We stuffed the GR motor in the GS frame one time, put in numerous neck, wheel, swingarm bearings and fabbed up Kat front ends to go on GS'es. Was so good, everytime I see the bikes nowadays I cant work on them alone. I feel depressed.

Yea, But I got tired of not having a job  ...
In the 5 years I lived there, must have been over a year. That is too much, considering in 5+years in CA it was a total of maybe 6-7 months, all of which was in 01/02. However I am not going back to CA either. I am going to prolly go location not specified for a few years till I figure what I want to be when I grow up.

ok, had 2 calls on my bike the first day it was in the local paper!!! but you know its thanksgiving and I was going out of town, they are supposed to call me this week to come and look at it, one Monday one later in the week.  Wish me luck.
