So i pull up behind this guy in my truck at a red light, running shoes, slacks, an icon mesh jacket, and a beanie. the guys like 5 foot nothing with the bike leaned over like at a 45 angle to put a foot on the ground. Hes turning right so he checks right and left to make sure he's golden...pushes up straight, rolls about 5 feet and stalls it.tiptoes a couple of feet stalls it, tip toes a couple of feet almost dumps it, he finally gets it going and gets into the mall parking lot.these are the guys that cause the wrecks and give us a bad name...but on the other hand, at least he wasn't riding two up.

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

TragicImage

maybe he was just learning....

Ever remember when you were learning, got embarassed that you were messing up in front of countless people and started to panic?  At least he didn't redline it and slowly slip the clutch all the way around the corner.

Happens to the best of people.  I wouldn't be quick to call him a squid.  His gear doesn't automatically make him any one thing.  I'm an accomplished rider that averages about 12k miles a year and rarely will you see me around town in full gear, but find me at the track or a canyon and I've got all the right gear and I know how to put the bike where I want it.

Hipocracy.... becoming more acceptable with the more power you think you have.

I'll still take my gear or at least jacket gloves and helmet over nothing.  Even if not in full boots and pants, put the top three on.
GS500E with a bunch of cool stuff!
