Resizing an animation is pretty easy, just select resize.  You can also cull out frames to reduce size.  I actually resized the animation, then selected a few frames and removed them, exported the remaining frames to Paint shop pro, sharpened the pics sent them back to animation shop and saved the file.

Yeah I have the PSP70 prog at home(on one of my computers, have to figure out which one) gotta love full version    I will have to redo the dancing gif that I had on here previously.

Ah, Canadian winters, they are too be reckoned with. Rather than the anime however, I personally feel that the snowboard girls that are all around my ski house do a much better job warming me and my friends up!!

Yeah I know, hell I don't even get to play on my computer anymore, it has been taken over since lucky's nic went down.  BTW rich I already showed it to lucky and she didn't seem to have any problems with that, then again there are 4 guys living in the house with her.  There isn't much she would have a problem with anymore (except leaving the toilet seat up)  :mrgreen:

Snowboarding is amazing! Its such a great sport. Not as good as motorcycling, but nice none the less. /Better than skiing (although not quite as fast). If your gonna try it, go somewhere worthwhile, like sapen, or somewhere in colorado, idaho, montana, washington, or better yet ALBERTA or BC!!!

You say Rich's avatar puts women's rights back 20 years.  I assume because his avatar is jokingly stereotyping women.  You then go on to sterotype Canada with "long winters" jokingly.  Is this not being hypocritical to a certain degree?  To be overly sensitive, this could degrade others' views of Canada... which is an awesome place to live.  Just for the record, we don't live in igloos...  

Everyone... I think we have a great group of people on this board and John does a great job as Admin.  This is a multinational board with many different values.  While we should be sensitive to not offending other's values, we should also be tolerant of values that we may not agree with.

We live in societies where people actively look to be offended when there is no reason to be.  Let's be better than that.

Reading between the lines, John has shown a good example of tolerance.  I just wanted to spell it out with this tirade.

Regardless, I think it is hard for people to understand the context that the author of a post has written it in. It is so easy to look at Johns, or my post and say, oh yah, its offensive, or mean, or whatever else. You cant always get your mood when writing the post to transfer into words. I hope that makes sense!

I was just taking his comments to an extreme to make an example of what I was trying to convey.

Man this could be a war between texans, I personally can't stand houston because of all the traffic and the humidity.  I thought about moving there, and instead went to visit a friend of mine(changed my mind real quick).  Rough area, but its rough in areas of any city you go to.
