WHAT'S THE LARGEST TIRE (WIDTH) YOU CAN THROW ON THE BACK OF THE BIKE WITHOUT MESSING ANYTHING UP OR GETTING TIRE RUB, ETC...?

I'm running a 150/60/17...Did have to bend the brake brace a little though..

160 on Kat wheel. Bent brake arm, spaced out sprocket, no chain gaurd, etc.

i believe with a bandit 1200 swingarm mod you can put a 180  to a 190.  but its been awhile since i read that thread.

Why is the only thing I can think about is those dolts from American Chopper beating things together with orange hammers  ?

Might as well ship off all the metal bits and have them chromed while you're at it
