Hi Everyone,
My rear brake caliper on my 89 gs500 has reached the end of its life. I searched this board, the FAQ's and checked the wiki for a list of bolt on compatibles but didn't see any lists for the rear calipers. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Which years will bolt right in place?

All years of the GS rear calipers are the same.

Also, 89-97 Kat 600/750 should be the same, since they mount above the swing arm and they share the same wheel & rotor.

if the kat mounts above the axle...the brake stay mount will point towards the rear of the bike if mounted under the axle.  can use it just have to attach the caliper above the axle and make a bracket to mount the brake stay above the swingarm

Wouldn't that change the direction of the bleeder screw to point downward?

I have an extra rear caliper - make me an offer if you want it.
