it was not that long ago that this board had a distinct taint on it.  we, i, seemed to be quarreling, a bit negative and not a close nit as the founders of this board would like us to be.  but that was then.  now i must say that the attitude has changed.  we seem to be doing much good such as helping new members, organizing rides, sharing ideas and thoughts.  i myself have spoken to a few members of the board on the phone and they are all great people.  i also have experienced the charity and caring that is the heart of this board.

so saying that i think everyone should reflect on the past a bit and then give yourselves a pat on the back for getting through that rough period.  my wish is that this board continues this trend and someday, somewhere, some how most or many of use get to meet in person.

This is my first forum, it took my V plates, and also is the best forum on the gs500 ever, even the uk one doesnt have such down to earth people

I missed the earlier drama being fairly new, but just took a look at what happened with the split off "alternate" forum, and wow, what a lesson in ego and taking things personally.   

I think you guys and gals here all ROCK, I love that I can find so much wisdom and kindness and generosity here with everyone who takes the time to help everyone else, it is a nice feeling of comraderie! I LOVE my GS and I've learned so much about her, it's the nicest moto I've had, and I don't have much in the way of things right now which is fine because I have what counts, which is friends, family, and lots of blessings. I count this forum and the people on it as blessings too, even jughead and yama, but maybe not mak there (just kidding). 

Several of you I am EXTREMELY grateful to, you should know who you are!

tbh so do i . i want to ask her one question. why SHE destroyed the oher forum. ive set a new one up. which she wont get the chance to do. but she wont answer that question. on the chat.
