OK, I managed to get the tail light installed and functional, just waiting on the brake switch I ordered to get it all going.  Hopefully those projectors will get here early next week, I would love to have this thing on the road next weekend

The projectors got here today, so I'm dropping her off at the custom shop tomorrow for him to do an install.  I stopped by yesterday and we talked about what I wanted for a while, it should look pretty slick

My bike actually sounds pretty much exactly like the 900e, of course it's essentially the same engine just a different size.  A guy on the Duc board just put a 900e swingarm on a 750ss, that's giving me expensive ideas

She's at the shop now, I'm hoping to have her back before the weekend. Everyone nearby came out to see 'the sportbike that sounded better than a harley' it was funny.

damn, yama, that was a sexy vid! terry, if your bike does sound like that, i really am jealous.  congrats though on gettin it tweaked how ya want it.  maybe someday in the future i'll have the experience and the pocket book for a sexy bike like that. 

One of these days I'll get a vid up, but yeah that's pretty much how it sounds.  I rode it in to the shop yesterday morning and really let it out on a short straight section of road, the thing is absolutely butter smooth, even acceleration and impeccable handling.   Man I hope he has it ready by the weekend, we talked over what I want done for a while today and he seems to think it's not that big of a deal.

i've noticed as i've grown older that if you want something badly it seems to take forever to get here. but if you are avoiding something, damn it sure shows up fast!

I still have to wire it up, he just hooked the lights up to a battery he had laying around.

On my ride home I found out that if you slap the throttle just right at about 3800rpms she'll power on up.  Whodda thunk

That reminds me, the braking is incredible.  I locked up the ass end accidentally

I'd really like to see more detailed pics of the lights.

I'll try to get some up tomorrow.  I'm headed out to test the output and find my way to the bar.  They are quite bright in my opinion, but I guess they should be.

Damn!!!  These things are brighter than probably 80% of the cars out there
