Hey whats up.  I know this might have been answered before and i tried searching for some but what would you guys suggest on replacing the fork springs progressives or linear and what kind of ride/improvement do each give.

I had progressives and they were great.Stiffer than stock and great on the rough roads in my area.I ran 15w fork oil and set sag to 3/4 of an inch.I weigh 200#'s in my gear.Hope to change that soon.
