Has anyone thought about mounting the new oil cooler on their 2002 or older bike?

The older bikes don't have the provisions for mounting an oil cooler. It'd take some serious machining to work correctly.
PICS are GONE never TO return.

it wouldnt be too much of a PITA, you would think. It would be like adding turbo to an NA car. Just tapping the block I guess; and then you would have to grab a set of the F oil cooler brackets to mount it unless you were going to do it the Buddah way

Yeah, tapping the cases at the right level would be the only real hard part.  Lot's of people at oil coolers to straight air cooled bikes.
