Got my petcock in today.Took it about 100yards and it finally kicked in to both cyls for about 3 seconds. Then went back to firing on the right cyl.
limped back home checked the float bowl on the left again, only a trickle of gas came out.Took the tank back off.Checked the upper diaphram on the left carb against sun light,no tear, holes etc.Little O'ring is in place.Needle is as I replaced when rejetting.slide is free.Took the float bowl off, floats are lose, will bob up and down fine.Took the float bowl off yesterday just to be sure, floats not stuck.Main and pilot jets are clear, not blocked.

Now,What passage enables fuel to flow into the float bowl? What would you suggest?  ;) I still have the tank off and can if I have to take the carbs back off... :icon_rolleyes:

Well, either you're part of the problem, part of the solution,...

Howdy,Switched the petcock to a gravity feed, because I thought the diaphram in the petcock was crapped out.Block off the vac line to the petcock.Haven't checked the T fitting..do that tommorrow...Sounds like a weiner! :icon_mrgreen: What will be the best way to unblock it if it is blocked...do I need to take the carbs off? No biggie if I do...... ;) ?
How bout a pipe cleaner from the T toward the carb?
