Dude!  Christmas bike!  Where are the lighted icicles?   :icon_mrgreen:

Looking good!

The valve adjustment isn't that difficult if you go slowly.  Check out Kerry's valve adjustment video on Google Video:

Where is your caliper leaking?  You may only need new piston o-rings, a very simple repair.
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

THe caliper is leaking around the bigger of the two pistons. I can actually hear a little squirt when i squeeze the brakes. I took apart the whole caliper and the dust covers and o rings were in perfectly good shape, i cleaned everything, put it back together and it was fine! then a week later it was leaking again!! Someone said it might be the brake fluid but the fluid is brand new and clean! O well, i think i found a caliper on ebay.

Miss my '07 GS500e :/

Hmm...  What did the bore of the caliper look like?  Was it smooth all the way around?

It might also be cracked...  When you take it off again, soak it in some simple green for a few hours, then wash down.  Look for a crack in the vicinity of the leak.  WARNING:  Simple green will remove the paint.  Plan accordingly.   :)

Oooooh, I love naked stealth bikes!  Black wheels, glow in the dark rim stripes, no I'm not kidding! They're blue in daylight, I think I'm going to try some to increase night time visibility on my own dark bike, since we removed the reflectors. Not that I ride much at night. White underlights are cool, keep you visible at night with such a stealthy machine...
Really excellent work, I like your thinking outside the box paint process.

have you considered upgrading the brake lines to stainless steel.

i made the change not so long ago and noticed a big change in braking distance.
