question about stator cover

when removing the bolts to the stator cover should oil leak out of the holes
05 FK5 m-4 exhaust, intergrated tail light, sonic springs and sv 650 rear shock

what do you mean behind the cover exactly? so i will lose oil if i pull the cover?

tehe,
oil will come pooring out if you take of the stator(left) cover.

Drain it first or find a way to lean the bike to a 45* angle to the left.

why are you taking it off anyway? bad stator?

thought it was the cause of the bike running bad and didnt think there would be oil in with the stator and rotor is all.

thanks for the help though it ended up being clogged jets
