Hello, i really want/need your front fairings for cheap because someone kicked my bike over or something. (well, just the right side one)

How do the front and rear rotors look?  If they are good I call dibs.

Handlebars if they're still available, and the under-seat toolkit.  With shipping to 94041?

I am interested in the tank, seat, and frame petcock. Possibly the front light enclosure if it's in very good condition.

He sent me a message on the 22nd that said "shipping today".  All he had to do was respond to the PMs I sent asking if it was shipped and say "hey man, something came up and I wasn't able to ship the package today it will go tomorrow"

That would have been fine, but he is not responding at all to my PM's.  He sent me 8 messages answering my questions on the 21st.  He was communicating very well until I sent him money and then nothing.  

I sent him a PM yesterday afternoon asking if the package had shipped and for a tracking number.  His last activity was yesterday at 10pm, so I know he got the message.  How hard would it have been to type a reply?
