Pizza (Ryan), I see someone else has requested tracking numbers from you and not gotten a reply. I find myself in the same boat with you. I asked you last week for the tracking number for the wheels I bought from you. You have not responded yet. I see you were on this message board today. Why are you ignoring me. Please respond with a tracking number today. If the wheels shipped last week I should have seen them by now. Not getting a warm and fuzzy about this transaction.

Has anyone here received the parts they purchased from Pizza? I know who and where he is if we have a problem here.

Same here.  I will be filing a paypal claim very soon if I don't here from him!  :nono:  The non-communication after the sale really ticks me off!  I need the parts to finish my bike!

I don't take kindly to being screwed. I just called and left him a voicemail. I hope he comes to his senses.

Received only one of the two wheels yesterday. Rear wheel has been lost by UPS. Was told by Ryan (Pizza) that the shipping charge ($60) was because he didn't have a box and had to pay the UPS shipping center to box them for him. When I received the front wheel I was astounded that it was unboxed and had scratches all over it. When confronted with this he acted surprised that it was shipped that way. I called the UPS shipping center in Phoenix and was told by the woman who handled the wheels that he specifically requested that they not be boxed. Now I have to wait to see if UPS locates the other wheel. Will probably put in a claim on both wheels. Shipping facility has already agreed to send the claim money to me.

Okay, no offense to this guy but I dont think I would buy anything else from him. shaZam! happens but the crappy communication would piss me off. Shouts out to those that have kept there composure during this. If you haven't filled your paypal complaint and left this guy some "feedback to think about" then now is the time.

Received the rear wheel tonight. Like the front wheel that I received yesterday, it has some pretty deep gouges in the aluminum. I am glad that I got it and I'm hopeful that everyone else gets there stuff.

I called today and left a message with pizza.  But I have yet to get a call or a PM about my parts.  I am glad to know that he shipped your parts Topnikko, but sorry to hear that they arrived in bad shape.  I'm giving him one more day and then I will be filing a paypal claim.

Nothing worse than paying for something and a person and they have your $$ but don't pull through with their end of the bargain, heck my $$ didn't bounce nor was it counterfit! :), I have had people stiff me, not send out in the time frame that they said they had, sold me something they don't have in stock, or the item is not what the discribed it to be! Thant's why I mostly use my credit card because it gives me an advantage in times of trouble. I bought a patio door from a place and they told me they had them or could get them for me, and after a month of them playing games I called VISIA and they got me my $$ back. Now if I had paid these SOB's in cash I would have been taking them to small claims court or would have been suck with some crappy doors.  I totally agree with the non -comunication issue!! When I bought my rim/tire off e-bay the person didn't have the common curtisy to reply back to my e-mail to confirm the payment went through. There is no excuse for a person not to return a e-mail, it doesn't cost you a thing to reply, and then to see them reply to the news group and not to you, that's just low class. If you say your going to do somethinng do it , don't chump out! As for paypal you have to wait 10 days from the payment to file a complaint. Enough of my rant, good luck to everyone involved, these situations can suck-- JIM  : :icon_razz:

Yo pizza,
Will you please send me a tracking number on the parts I bought or at least respond to my PM's to let me know they are on their way?  You stopped communicating with me as soon as I sent you money, that is not a good sign nor do I appreciate it!

I'm in the same boat.  Where's my air filter, dude?  At least respond to my PM's or send me some tracking info.  Common courtesy, please.

Regards,
~V

I sent payment via paypal to pizza last week for the mirrors and part of the cowling, and still no word after emails inquiring what the tracking number is, and if he's ripping me off. this is all bad news. Ryan/Pizza, you could at the very least put up a post reply explaining why there's a delay. we've sent you money and have no word; that is unkind. any advice from others on how to handle this situation? file a claim with paypal? can the gsforum admins help us in locating or warning him?

Ryan responded to a couple of my emails yesterday so I emailed him tonight asking him to let you guys know what's up with your parts. I feel your frustration guys and I hope Ryan clears this up. He did send the wheels to me (albeit not packaged properly) so there is hope.

Small hope, but I'm not betting on it until I here from pizza (ryan).  The non-communication after the sale is completly unacceptable!

Paypal dispute filed.  I'll give Ryan a day to respond and then I'll escalate the dispute to a claim.

m8 im not suggesting cutting this guy any slack BUT instead of 24 hours give it 48 if not 72. to rule out no interent or someshit. usually paypal disputes tho are QUITE effective. i did this with an ebay seller, after a week without any coms. 2 hours after that thing was filed things started clicking :thumb:

One of the problems is that because these transactions were done outside of Ebay, you don't get the same protection from Paypal as you normally would. Paypal says they'll make their best effort to collect, and will take funds from his account to cover the dispute (if they're available). But they don't guarantee you'll get any money back. With Ebay transactions they gaurantee you a percentage of the funds. Which is why I always use my credit card as the Paypal payment source so, if I don't get a satisfactory resolution from Paypal, I file a dispute with my CC company and I let them haggle with Paypal. Most effective is letting him know that you make trips to Phoenix (I know I do) and that you could always drop by to politely ask for your money back.
