I just got back from a grad party.  When I was  there some kids threw bunches of rocks at my bike from a distance.  The tank is scratched up a bit( a lot less than I expected) and there is about 2 paint chips on the frame.  I told the police, and they won't do a damn thing-- they wouldn't even start a report even though there was 20+ rocks around my bike and 5 or 6 on the bike or in my helmet.  I know exactly who did it and I have witnesses.  What can I do?

Beat the sh*t out of those f*ckers! 

Then go to their parents and make them pay for the damage.

Actually it would probably be better to get the money first, then beat their asses.

Do a hunt with a high powered pellet gun and then snipe them from afar!!!

I have three kids that play football in front of my house and they sit on my truck or hit it with the football. the first time they hit it they ran the came back later then the ball went over my fence into my backyard then they had the nerve to ask for it back but when I gave it to them it was flat with a hole in it . weeks later they were out again and I heard the ball hit the hood of my truck a few time and saw one guy sitting on it but this time I was ready for some fun. I had some frozen paintballs ready to go my gun ready and turned all the way up and my sniper barrel. I jumped into my neibersback yard and ran across the street into a buddies backyard and lets just say the had some black welts when I was done. till this day they stay away from my house.

I would take your witness and go to your local police station,file a report with the desk sargent,and a complaint about the officer.If you were going to turn it into the insurance company,I'd add that to.Sounds like the officer thought you were trying to pull an insurance scam.I had that happen to me after some soccer mom drove her 3500 Suburban into my pick up.Pushed it half way into the next parking spot.I was only 16 and the officer thought I wrecked it and didn't wanna get in trouble.The Suburban was gone by the time I returned from calling the cops.That happened back before cell phones came to my area. 

go to their house and ask their parents if they want to take responsibility for it, if not, you will smash up their car, fair is fair. they will realize they dont have any choice or their car will get f%&ked. what are they gonna do, call the police?

Yeah, actually. If someone came to my house and threatened to smash up my car I would call the police. 

As has been said before, take your witness down to the police station and ask to talk to someone more senior.

I tend to think going to the parents is the best idea. Who knows, maybe they know their kid is a brat and will gladly pay to not have him get in trouble again.

This sounds like the best options to me. I agree completely. Go to the parents first, say the police line. Then go to the police, then get some personal revenge. 

Line the kids and the parents up and execute them all.  Bullet to the stomach then after they bleed for a minute one to the head.  I can guarantee that they will never do it again.

1st - file complaint on the officer that wouldn't do his freaking job
2nd - file complaint/charges against the minors AND THEIR PARENTS @ the police station
3rd - inform the parents you will drop all charges and comlaints IF and WHEN:

a) the kids apologize, personally
b) the parents pay for the damages in full (CASH IS KING!)
c) they promise not to reproduce more of those stupid rock throwing bastiches


that's the way i'd do it. if they refused i'd take them to small claims court, with your witness, and sue for the FULL COST your local SUZUKI DEALER will charge + court costs. that shaZam! will hurt !

Well the parents wouldn't do anything about it.  These kids are barely kids now-- they are 17.  They will find out what happens when you screw with other people's property.  Suspicion would be on me know, but in a few months they won't know what happened.

What have you got in mind? 

This is what i would do


Stand next to the kids. and smile sweetly and speak quietly ... then say how much fun u had with there mum last night .. and ask if there dad is still walking funny , Etc etc , u get the idea .. unless they have a fuse as long as a Runway , they are gonna crack , and punch you somewhere... then look shocked ... Rabbit punch him in the throat.. call the police , every witness will see u smiling and Looking calm and kool , until that mad kid punched u ... get a week of work at there cost for Shock and say you cant leave the house etc ..

say u might not press charges , and ruin the kids life with a Assault charge.. if the price is right.. BANG , 08 GSXR on ur doorstep

True 

"Revenge" will only get you into trouble.  17 years old is legal tender in Texas (dunno about your neck of the woods).  Go to the police and file reports against the first officer you dealt with, along with the kids who damaged your bike, then go to the people who damaged your bike and let them know charges will be dropped if they pay the damages.  Do it right or don't do anything at all.  If you go the revenge route you're just as big a chickenshit as they are.
