on stock exhaust, you know the little piece of pipe that comes out to the bigger piece of pipe(if i had a picture i would show you) can i cut that off to make it flush with the inside of the bigger part of the exhaust.

this isnt a stock GS exhaust can, BUT is the part you are referring to in this pic, eg, at teh header or at teh rear of the exhaust can or?, help me out

they stick out about 2 inches or so but then again I dont have a stocker laying around but my V&H is long

my stocker is flush, opr pretty close. not 2 inches less than half if i remember correctly

than I see no reason the cut it off uinless he is talking about the can itself
