need an axle for a 92 GS
Part number: 513542

I looked up an 04, and the part number was different.
not sure what the difference is though
I'm new to GS's so I don't know which other years might have the same part.

All years are the same.

Some of the newer bikes come with a lock nut and no provisions for the cotter pin.Be sure to get the nut.The lock nut can be used on an axle that would normally take a castella nut and cotter pin.I am currently seeking a lock nut.If you find one please let me know.

I did not realize they changed the nut.
