I've been on the prowl for weeks now....  Found a couple of leads, but then seems like a local get to these guys before me!

Anyone here that just wants to give up riding and parting the bike out???

How much are you willing to spend?  Whatever it is - be willing to spend more...

engines are like forks, 1. can be expensive, 2. without them/it, damn near impossible to ride. seriously, what you are after happens to probably be on of the more desirable parts on the bike, id be willing to sell mine, but, kinda grown attached to the bike. unless i get another one...anyhoo good luck

roadracer669 has a parts bike, w/motor? at under 9k on it, it is in the fs/ft sectionon this site

Keep an eye on ebay too, Ive seen some on there before.
