I've got a DS80 I'm trying to put back together from a pile of parts. I need to know how the fuel hoses are routed to and from the carb. Anybody know where I can find this online? Diagrams or pictures? I don't want to buy a manual, because we're going to sell it soon.

EDIT: I just hooked up the hoses, there are 4 total. I did this best I could based on the parts diagram. I hooked one up that goes to the motor. And the other three don't seem to have any place to connect, other than the carb. There's one at the float bowl, and two at the top.

I can start it up, and it idles. But after a few seconds gas starts coming out of the bottom of the float bowl. And a few seconds later, gas comes out of the hose at the top.

Any ideas?

You have one fuel linefrom the tank to the carb, should be the largest tube of the bunch and black in color.

The other 3 smaller plastic/clear lines (#13x2, and #16) are vent (13) and over flow tubes (16).

If your leaking fuel out of the hose that comes off of the float bowl (16), then your floats are set wrong or are sticking.

Just take the 3 hoses and route them out the back of the engine area near the swing arm. Zip tie them together so there not unsightly. Also a nice slash cut on the ends wouldn't hurt either.

Ok, so I guess I'll check the float height. Would it be similar to doing it on the gs?

I would assume so.
