Kat Wheel Swap Brake Arm

any1 have the modified dimensions of the bend in the brake arm bc i do have a torch and it will be far easier and cheaper for me to have one made so i any1 does have the dimension for the modified brake arm i would really appreciate it

I bent mine .25 inch to clear a 160.You can pick up an aluminum one of ebay for a GSXR.There usually pretty cheap.I didn't heat mine.I marked where it needed to be bent,laid it between 2 4x4 blocks,and dropped a 20lb sledge axe on it.Didn't take much to bend it.

You need a pipe bender with a flat bar/square tubing insert (no such thing you say ... OK I made it) ... to do a perfect job. OK OK screw that, toss it in a vice and put a pipe on it and give it a good yank ... Heat ... yea its thin wall tubing, and you wanna heat it ... come on, be a man, just bend it cold.
