Just coming home on my Dna 50cc , from my mates , hot summer evening, so i wasnt wearing my leather , was in a cotton Shirt , just riding along , and i come to the casino , down the seafront , he breaks and pulls in to the left, so i think well hes parking up to drop someone off , so i slow down and go to pass him , travelling at ill guess 18mph

Then out of no where , no Indicators , no anything , pulls into a parking spot , i lock up my breaks and try and Turn ,. away , end up hitting him at 10/15 mph . shoulder into the door , hit my head hard on the way down * was wearing a helmet , he gets out the car , asks me what the f%$k i think im doing , and goes to hit me , there are two policemen standing by the side , they ask him to come over ,

i stand up , he quietens down , im twice the size of him , he asks me if id like to settle out of court , i sed mate its ur fault , u didnt indicate , he sed it was my fault because i passed him

the fact the place is a Taxi rank , and u have to pass taxis there all the time ,

Rash on my shoulder , on my tattoo * the basterd* , and a lil cut on my leg ,  my fork seals burst on impact , my forks are tweaking , headlight broken off ,throttles now sticky , doesnt rev properly,

The policeman sed he would stand witness ,and say he didnt indicate ,

i wasnt speeding , i slowed to pass , im insured , taxed , mot'd . am i right to say that im correct , and it was his fault

I just don't understand people these days. A biker hits your car without gear and instead of helping the person they want to further hurt you. I remember laying my friends bike down once because a guy did not indicate. I had so much adrenaline going that I jump right up although later I found out I had some ligaments dislocate in my arm. But with the high I was in if that guys was to charge me I think I would've beat him to a pulp.

yup that happened on my first gs i ahd. i pulle dteh guy out of his truck, and kindly showed him, by his shirt collar, what he did.

For me, I'd say a brand new scooter and the cost of your tattoo (or any other damages) would be proper settlement.

i think none of us are qualified to give any legal advice, ( witha few exceptions that i know of), BUT with teh bobby's statement, err teh officers statement. youve got a good shot it seems

I suggest you seek a lawyer for their opinion. being the officers were present, they likely had a good clue as to who was at fault, make sure when you take it to court, which I FULLY support you doing, try to get them present.

are there any video cameras that may have caught the whole thing on tape?  if so, that counts as evidence to either support or discredit you.

what the uk is is famous for is cctv , we have more in a little country village  , then u do in new york, 70% of the worlds cctv is here,

there was camaras down the sea front , and outside the casino , 2 bouncers saw it also . so ill call the casino for that

As i told Dannielle , Gods looking out for me, i cant see how i walked away from it , i spoke to a witness 2day , who sed he didnt indicate i may add, sed i hit the car hard, im having a little trouble remembering it , i no it happened , ive almost forgotten the whole thing ,  my shoulder is killing me , hurts to move it , Doctors said its bruised but it feels worse than that ,

As for pics , the Dna looks ok , it drives like a piece of crap , but it looks ok , i told the insurance company , i said well , it doesnt drive straight , something is tweaked ,

The rash on my shoulder , almost healed , just red and sore

The guy hasnt rung me yet, hopefully its guilt , and he knows he was in the wrong , im thinking bout ringing a accident line about the shoulder , ive been strong all my life , ive worked manual labour since i was young , and it hurts to lift , i tryed and dropped the box i had in my hand ,

Im going to ring him , he seem like he has a little money , he was going to the casino , i think i may get him to settle outside ,as if i get the Cctv hes screwed , the Dude who checked me out at the hospital recons it was dangrous driving , and he went to hit me

IIRC a bobby is an officer, ( police) and a lorry , is a truck , i could be wrong though

Its what they called them in the old days , Your Local Bobby is the Local Policeman , it was more of a Affectionate term , ussually in a small town , where everyone new each other

And yep a Lorry is a Truck , we dont call them Big rigs or nout, Just a Lorry

Try and Say Red Lorry , Yellow Lorry , as fast as u can , its Damn hard , Just repeat until u mess up lol
