My buddy and I will be there for sure!    I'll be the little yellow speck following his K1200S. Hmm, it's rather appropriate actually. When I ride with him, I'm like a little ducking following its mama duck. Mike the Mama Duck. I like it. Not sure that he will, but I like it. 

Hmmm....I'll see your Dirty Martinis & White Russians, and I'll raise you a few shots of Patron with margarita chasers!  Thank the moto gawdesses I don't get hangovers... 

And at the ride, I'll be the one with braids down to there and only 1/2 a front fender still.

Actually, you missed quite an eventful ride. You'll probably read all about it on BARF; however, I was in the unfortunate - but educational - position to witness what happens when deer meets rider.  The rider in question is okay though. He was sore but no broken bones and no loss of consciousness. There were no less than three fire truck/vans, one CHP car, and a CHP bike on the scene.   Bike was not road worthy afterward, but only because the front end plastics and lights were trashed. The suspension looked surprisingly straight.

Thankfully, the rest of ride went well. 

Oh man....just read about it on BARF tonight....that truly sucks, but I'm glad the rider was ok....sounds as though he's in a world of pain. Glad ya' had a good time....I won't be around next weekend, but I'll be back to my normal rides the weekend after that..hopefully meet ya' then. 

Someone send me the link..    What happened?  I apparently can't read..  Nor do I realize anyone in my area has a GS500 and rides it..  /me fires herself..
