and one more thing i don't see what the big deal is with the pixel size as long as it is not insanely big :dunno:

i believe johns size rule (or law) is 100x100 pixels. but i resized mine to keep those happy, i sized mine down to 100 wide by 75 tall, besides, unless i am mistaken, my avatar resides on uploadit's server not this one, the only thing that is on this server is the link
