Hey guys,

As you might know I went down a couple of months ago and got a dent in my gas tank. Well, being such an anal bastid, I could not stand the asymmetry of it and ordered a new one. When I receive the new one I will be selling my old tank.

The tank has absolutely no rust (I only have 3000 miles on the whole bike) and basically no scratches. Just the dent that bothered me so much.

I'm not sure what a fair asking price would be, but please no low ballers. Also, not 100% sure how much shipping will be.

not  to jack your price or anything but thats a little high.... there is one on ebay with a dent right now and it hasn't been bid on at 9.99

The auction on it has 4 days to go. Every tank that I have seen on Ebay has went for $200+ (plus $40 or more shipping).
However if you think you have a more fair price to ask, throw it out there.

I am going abroad for a few weeks, so if you don't hear back from me about it, that's why. I really want one that I can respray anyway, this one looks so nice it would almost be a shame to do that.

Negative;Young grasshopper. I have purchased 2 tanks off of ebay and havent paid over 225 for the both with both tanks being 05+. I'd say i've spent 180 on both. Call it luck, smart shopping...you name it
