I recently purchased a Tribo rear seat cover for my 2005 GS500E and thought other owners might be interested. Very sharp looking. Ordered Aug 19th and it arrived in the mail today. No duty and no extra taxes due which was nice. Here are pics of the cover installed which was a 5 minute job if that. Cost including shipping from the UK was about $26 USD.

Very nice

How much was it and it was that easy to put on?

What fastens it?

Cost including shipping from the UK was £14.49 (about $26 USD). It uses a thin bungee type elastic cord to secure it to the seat and installation take minutes. It does not interfere with the seat mechanism and it easily comes off too. http://www.triboseat.com/fittinginstructions.htm

Thanks I have a small tare in my rear seat, its covered with some ugly clear vinyl repair but this would look much nicer!

Keep in mind that this is not a complete cover, but more os a rubberized mesh that goes over the existing vinyl seat.

i just ordered mine yesterday. figured it might help the wife since i removed the grab handle. i was thinking about putting some blue vinyl under for a cool 2-tone effect.

That would probably look cool.  I covered mine in white vinyl to make it blend better.  Vinyl to match the bike with that mesh cover would probably look cool.
