i know what you're talking about. last night i was taking one of my exams in a school auditorium and 'one of those guys' was walking down the stairs of the auditiorium next to where i was sitting. his pants were hanging so low off his butt that he tripped over them and tumbled down the stairs.    . hahahahah! when he fell his whole ass came out, too.   .
