man I was standing next to a Rock river arms ar-15 muzzle brake yesterday and the thing felt like someone kicked me in the nuts.  I seriously couldn't believe how well it worked with no downward facing ports, it really kicks to the side!!!

meh idiot, firing on the wrong side and looked confused before the reload...not experienced at all.  if u want blast be around arty or a tank.

Physically.......maybe maybe I am 55%. I will try to get released the end of this month, thank you. It has been a long hard and painful road. Damage..............~8K to the home and yard. I have to pay the first grand. It's a real mess man and I am stressed to my wits end.
Wife thinks I've gone a bit to the nutty side and suggested a trip up North to be with my childhood brethren but I don't think we need to spend that kind of money on petrol when we have so much "on our plate"..........."at this time". It truly is a landscaping horror everywhere you turn. Fence companies (I've called 3) won't even call me for another 3 weeks.........for an APPOINTMENT to ESTIMATE.
I've had to do with temporary fence which my chow chows have managed to escape several times..........the back is a muddy mucky swampy mess.......and they've turned the patio into shear filth with mud. Call me in about 4 months and I think I'll have this situation licked with the exception of the shoulder. Give me until June next year on that one. Thanks for your concern my man. Keep that boot on the throats that need it. Your buddy waaaaaay down here in the muck and mire..............

Yeah, nice shooting positon on the truck bed- looked real stable... I remember when we were doing a night fire demo for some General at Marine Combat training, they had some 50 cals, a bunch of m60's, a bunch of SAWs, some Mk19 automatic grenade launchers, and a platoon of 4 LAV's with their Bushmaster 25mm chain guns, and everyone was blasting away, and you could just feel the air compress around you with each round the LAV's let loose. after the shooting was done you could just hear all the car alarms blaring away in the parking lot. it really cracked me up.

The other somewhat related story is when we were at the Yakima training center shooting off line charges- basically a rocket that is fired from a trailer towed around behind an AMTRAC, and as it flies it lays out a string of about 2000 lbs of C4 that then explodes- the idea being to clear a swath through a mine field. Anyway, the first one they shoot off didn't detonate, so now you have a shitload of c4 laying out on the range, and the way to blow it off it to fire another line charge over the top of it, and it's blast wave will set off the first charge. When charge 2 didn't blow they got permission from range control to fire off a 3rd. Holy crapola! 6000lbs of C4 blowing up at once is friggin' sweet!

here's a video of a line charge, now triple the explosion and that's what I got to watch. Coolest ting I saw blow up as a combat engineer.

looks like an ar50, ive got one of those, well mine and a friends, ( we went in 50/50 on it, hehe, neither one of use can jsutify the expense of shooting it. damn near $3 a shot

I saw the berrreta one...that's hard on a gun dangerous for anything in the general vicinity of where you're shooting.  No control on where the bullets go...but I will admit it's fun to do.
