repainted my header pipe/exhaust, got new exhaust gaskets/bolts even got a 6mm allen wrench 3/8" drive socket so i can use my torque wrench to tighten bolts, but can't find the recommended ft/lbs spec anywhere?!?
set to 25 ft/lbs to get by, but still curious as to recommended tightness.

In a pinch, you can use the torque specs posted on the wiki (the values come from the Suzuki manual, but since the wiki can be modified at any time, take it with caution).

The torque spec for the exhaust bolts is about 7.5 ft-lb  :o  I think you're a little over at 25 ft-lb, and you do not want to snap a bolt in the cylinder block.  :dunno_white:

The Buddha

They are like a spark plug ... finger tight and 1/4 turn ... besides these have to have anti seize on them.
Cool.
