Thanks for the replies! I knew I'd take some heat on here for selling her.  :cry: 

Unfortunately, she had to go. I've got a big move coming up and shipping is way too expensive. I had seriously considered riding the 4000+ km, but the snow won't cooperate.  :laugh:

Not to put a downer on your situation, but are you moving from house to house....using a moving van??   if so............you couldve got the next size up (if there was no room) and straped her in good.  And it needed got a car trailer thingy.  Ive ssen it done.  :dunno_white: Sorry if i just brought a great deal of "WHy didnt I think of that" on you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am moving house to house, but the new house in on the other side of the country! I'm using a moving company who will ship my stuff over using a container. The bike could've fit, but this would have added over $500 to the moving costs. :(

As much as I loved my bike, she's hardly a rare machine :laugh: I decided it's just easier to buy a new one on the other side. I'll spend the $500 I saved on shipping to get the new bike into tip-top shape.
