Yep just got my valves adjusted and plugs replaced for the first time ever right around 22,800 miles. I put about 2000-3000 miles a month on my bike. It's mostly freeway miles and I have a +2 front sprocket which keeps revs down. This meant that even after 23,000 miles only one of my valves was out of spec and only .002" at that. So I think I'm ok for extended valve adjustments. My commute is 40 miles/day for weekends for work and 30 miles/day weekdays for work this is 365 days a year rain or shine. I even led my motorcycle club to a ride to Vegas and back in one day and we took the long way there from LA, it was the iron butt Vegas brunch 750 miles in one day. I can basically sit on the saddle for 8 hours before any sort of fatigue even begins to set in and can push it to 14+ if needed. I've only been riding 6 years and amassed more than 200,000 miles few hundred of those riding a grey market Aprilia RS250 in Connecticut through snow  :icon_eek:
