Where the hell does that upper fuel T plug into? I just can't remember

Just a side note those aren't my carbs just a google pic.

lower t = fuel in

upper t = over flow /vent/drain whoever you want to call it

connects to nothing? that waould explain why i couldnt figure it out

you and me both.  The previous owner just had lines and cables and hoses everywhere.  I assumed he screwed something up...
