Coming from the other side, Jay, how do you think this would have been reacted to in your neck of the woods?

The media Here blow up so much crap.  If this happened here , the Shop who made it would be condemned , they would have 100's of complants made to the papers ,the news , the goverment etc , the thing about british people they love to make a fuss over nothing, The shop worker/ and the shop would be declared *sick racists* everyone would get offended. they would want justice etc

A lovely example , which did piss me something rotten off , but , there was a legal immigrent given a 7 bedroom house , rent free etc , the media went insane , and she was in no less then 3 weeks evicted and put in smaller accomidation , it did annoy me , due i work 50 hours a week , and i cant get a 7 bedroom house for free, but she didnt ask for that house , she wanted accomidation and they gave her the house

Another Great one , The store i work for Tk maxx,  had these Jackets from America , and they contained a Small 2 inch penknife on a chain , what i would consider a hunting jacket, if ur over 18 you can buy a Sword that could chop a man in to , and the Media found out , well , we were front page in the news , declared the reason of knife crime , branded sick and fuelling killings,  was on ITV news , Front page of the sun , etc 

Back to the point , they would be labelled Nazi's and people would refuse to shop there

this is not an American thing.  all liberal democracies, which we are by definition of the phrase,  have similar free speech laws and would let it go.  this only get press because we make it so.  they parent know darn well what will happen and they play it up to push their hate agendas

or try to get money for 15 minutes of fame. and stuff. well theyve gotten their press about it. they say they are not bigoted/racist ( there is a difference) , but it would seem if they were truly not, then why name their children after some of teh most hated sonsa bitches in history would be akin to naming my child Fucker or somehting

today i was in teh primo spot ( the one outside the front door. people honking at me and blocking traffic cause they were too lazy to walk. i was sittign there waiting on friend to finish shopping. iwas not leaving anyways. fast food place immediately next door. they got hard  when i opeend door and loaded items into it, and acted liek i was gonna start and elave. but got pissed when i closed up locked and walked. 

I can at least say Texas tends to be a bit better about the "good spots" than what I hear from other states...I mean, it's all personal experience, I've just never experienced that particular issue.  Here they don't hound you with a horn or anything and they don't like to hold up traffic...pedestrians here all KNOW they have the right of way and they hold up more traffic than anything else.

I also have a tendency to look for little old ladies and people with cripple tags to give my spot to, if I got a good one, when I'm walking out...

man i won't go near a shopping center to the 4th or 5th.   not doing Christmas is great. none of the BS, stress, overspending, over eating and fighting for ones life for a car lol.

I just read this lot, smiled most of the time, getting back to the title, America does not suck nor the world in general but quite a few of the people living on this planet have a little pee pee shaped apendage growing on their forheads. I do wonder what kind of person gives their kids outrageous names. And yeah it's just the same here, I live fairly near London myself. The worls is full of them wherever you go but there are lots of nice people as well.

My last experienc with parking issues came with the "handicapped Police" vigilanties. As you guys know I've got a lot of health problems including the heart. And well somedays I just can't walk the store and then have to walk to BFE and not be light headed or weak.

Well this one took the cake! It was just after getting out of the hospital couldn't drive the car cause it was broken into while in the hospital and a four foot hole cut in the roof. Sooo, I had no choice but take the bike to K-mart to get supplies to work on the car. My bike has a permanent plate on it. I slowly make it out to the handicapped spot and a woman was just standing there by my bike. My first thought is WTF is she doing next to my bike. She looks at me and says in a condescending tone " is this YOUR bike" Uhhh, yeah I stated. "Then what are you doing parked in it?!?" I pointed to the back and said I'm disabled I have a heart problem. " she replied YOU DON"T LOOK SICK!

I lost it and told her to get lost. I got sooo upset that my chest started hurting and was dizzy. Had to go back in the store to get a bottle of water and sat on my bike crying until the pain and dizziness subsided. Why is it that the "do Gooders" have to make it hard on the people who are disabled? I hate parking in a spot I have every right to because of similar scenes played out at least once a month!

Very sage writing cal. and mary sorry that crap keeps happeningif it werent for modesty or whatnot, id take a picture of the scar, and show them next time it happens but idk, or pull out hte phone and ask them if they want to use your phoen tto callpolice and report it. cause gfetting riled up is doing NO GOOD for your heart. one day thiswill happen and you wont survuive. we need ya aorund hun. gotta figure out a way to tell someone to  in essence f%$k off without getting angry or getting heart to race or whatnot
