So a few months ago someone rented the house next door to me and at first all was good.
BUT the past few weeks have SUCKED the SCUM brings about fifty cars home every nite at 2:30 am.
The SCUM that she brings are just VERMINE an AMIMALS.
They are blocking the street parking in others driveways, running over others flower beds, blasting sterios, and where even fighting out in the street last nite. 
I HATE SCUMBAGS.
THEY ARE THE FOLKS THAT HAVE NOTHING AND DON'T WANT ANY OTHERS TO HAVE ANYTHING AND THINK YOU OWE THEM AND EVERY THING IS THERES.
I FREAKING HATE HATE HATE THESE FOLKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any way what I want to know is has anyone ran up on this and what should I do.
I and others have called the cops over and over and called the owners of the house to tell them of it but still it's happening EVERY NITE.

Oh and this is the only freaking rental house on the street.
All of us own our homes.

Just a thought, maybe you can find out who is insuring the house.  Suggest that a re-evaluation of risk is in order.

My nabors and I are taking about going to the company that owns the house and telling them if they don't get rid of them, we are going to sue them for the land to turn it in to a park.

"Company that owns the house"?  What sort of company?  You have to make them know it will cost them $$$ if they don't see it your way.

It's ownd by a real estate company.
They have has about 20 phone calls from us about it but have yet to respond

There is a "house" (if you could call it that now) in a neighborhood near to us. Occasionally, we have the displeasure of having to drive by it. The sorry pieces of trash have moved a damn couch out on the front lawn, have lawnmowers (that don't work) and bicycles and ragged ass vehicles and children's TOYS ALL OVER THE DAMN Place. There is NOT a BLADE OF GRASS GROWING there. The earth is packed clean and slick as owl s h i t. I swear to you that when that family moves from that dwelling, it will have to be TORN DOWN TO THE SLAB and the SLAB SANDBLASTED and be rebuilt from the SLAB UP before it is inhabitable. The infuriating part of ALL OF IT is that "they"................"get assistance"............."from the Government"...........and neighborhoods are f%$king FORCED to accept this shaZam! and all the calls in the WORLD won't get anything done because they are "victims". THANKS FOR THE VENT!!!!

Do you have a Home Owner's Association? Where my best friend lives my goodnes that Association has teeth. I mean to the point if you ain't got a palm tree in front of the House you get fined daily 'till it is done. Had a friend in another Sub-division painted his but had to re-do it because he didn't get permission from the Association and wasn't the "proper" color!

Also, you may wanna call code enforcement as well. Down here in Orlando and Kissimmee they are hell to deal with. My best friend left his car on the grass (his property) for 20 minutes to pick up his sick wife and had a $100 ticket waiting for him! If things are left in the yard then the charges are racked up by the day and eventually the city can take the property and they usually bull doze it!

Another thing I hate is how "these" people mess everything up they get near. I live in an income restricted Apartment complex and is only a couple of years old. When I moved in it was New. But, these "poor" people have completly destroyed the fitness trail that is six months old, the nice quasi gym is destroyed, the security gate is broken at least everyother week because someone runs into it because they are too lazy to scan their card and try to tailgate. It just infuriates me because I am poor due to my heart problem and other things beyond my control but I take care of my apartment and would expect my neighbors as well but within five years this place I'm sure will look like every other "projects" out there. What really gets me though is "they" complain that the places they live in are awful and they deserve better. Well, If you'd take care of what they give you maybe they would improve on it! If it is not good for you then sell your Escalade. I swear my poor car has an infuriority complex because of all of the Cadillacs, Benzs, BMWs, and Acuras. If you make more than $1200 you don't qualify so how can you own these vehicles?!?!?

Keep calling the cops, every night if necessary.   It makes for a nice trail of documentation later, if needed.  But don't call the cops for silly little crap, or they'll hate you too.  Chances are, if the scum neighbors lived somewhere else locally, the cops already know who they are and what kind of company they keep.

Also, take some video/pictures of what is going on, with dates, times, etc.  And get with your neighbors so there are multiple witnesses of everything that happens.

Have a lawyer write a friendly letter to the owners letting them know that the crap is well documented and a lawsuit will be forthcoming if the crap does not stop.  Split the cost with several neighbors.  It will be well worth the money spent!

My guess is that they probably don't pay their rent on time, if at all, so the owners will want to get rid of them as much as you do.

lol yup my next thoughts. if it werent illegal, id say pull their utility meter and install a block off plate. hell ive got a case of the bastiges from a former job i had. BUT it is HIGHLY frowned upon to do that  though, highly frowned upon as in more  than likely illegal

Kick up merry hell with the Cops and the local authority, council, mayors office or whatever is applicable. If you have a residents or neighborhood association write jointly to whoever you pay your local taxes to and demand a reduction. I doubt very much that you will get one but it does tend to focus the attention of those who may be seeking re-election. If you don't have a residents assn, find a couple of like-minded people, which should not be difficult, and start one.

I am a small scale landlord who rents out accomodation and believe me landlords do not want these sort of people, unfortunatly the bigger ones, property companies etc are rather less caring but when the rent stops rolling in, and it surely will they will take notice and take steps to remove the offenders. This may be your best hope but keep on keeping on at police and local govt, if you can do this as a neighborhood group or association it will carry a lot more weight, involve your local elected officials starting at the lowest level as they are generally reluctant to have things passed over their heads.

I don't know your local laws but here people can be removed from rented accomodation for "Unsocial behavior" which can be all encompassing and specific things like allowing drugs - Don't give up and don't accept the unacceptable - be a pain in the arse of local democracy!
