Yea My HOA has been trying to get my bikes off my driveway for years. Except, those peckerheads didn't read the rule book. In fact they read the 6 page version and tried to do crap. After repeatedly bashing the living daylights out of them, since 2005 they have not bothered me. There is no rule against bikes in driveway. There is only a rule about motorcycle noise while living in the sub division, however, the streets are public, so they dont control crap, ergo, I am supposed to not rev the bikes when in my driveway, prolly. So once I get on the road, its all hell breaking loose ... booya. I shift down and rev to 10K just in front of the president's house ... booya, her dogs starts barking and then I know I'm good.

I agree that you should continue to call the police EVERY time you have an issue with them. Document the time and what the issue was, take photos, video. and keep doing it day after day... call the local township/city manager... KEEEP calling them EVERY DAY! Get plate numbers and watch for known violations and make sure the police ticket improper parking over due inspection, etc.. any little thing you can do.

We had an issue with someone blowing one of those Hockey air horns all around the neighborhood for months at all hours of the AM... We callled the cops every time, documented the times and what exactly happened. for almost 2 years we could not find them.. I set up a night vision camera and found that they had been walking near my back yard... Finaly I caught them at 2 AM right near my back yard... I sat in the bushes... tossed out a 1/4 stick w/a smoke grenade (homade cuncussion grenade) right near them, then I told them to get down or I would shoot! (didnt have my gun)... they laid down and I call the popo on my cell... The explosion drew out about 5 neighbors and they watched the fun unfold... One of the culprits got a bit smart and tried to stand up so I kicked him in the face and broke out some teeth and his nose... cops asked how it happened, I said he fell  They took my word over his because of the ongoing problem. They knew that that those kids are lucky that the neighbors didnt beat them to death. After their arrest myself and 4 other neighbors were able to bring multiple charges of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, tresspass and a few others..  Because we had records and police reports of every incodent.

It may take time to take em down but be sure to keep a record of EVERYTHING! how many cars are there? get their plate numbers, the cops they may want to talk to a few of them  If you think you see drug/underage drinking just say you did, that will allow the police to enter the house and find what I am sure will clear up the problem...  2 am, lots of cars.. im sure there are drugs involved somewhere.

You could also buy a sac of weed or coke and put it in one of their cars  call the popo  and say you can see it right on their front seat!  or throw it in their bushes when they arent home, next time the cops come say you saw one of them throw it in there  Some times you just gotta be an ass too, but if it get them out thats all tha matters.

If you have the money make an offer on the house and kick em out and park the GS in it

You can get ticketed in NC for frivolously calling the police. I have had Idiots call cops for no reason. My son will scream for no reason cos he has autism. I have had people walking by call cops, only to have them come by, or drive by and find who called and give them a talking to. I know, scumbags prolly dont have rapport with the cops, and more than likely the cops are not aware of their address as a home of a autistic child.

i don't normally get pissy unless the noise or whatever is keeping my children awake. (or myself if it's a night when i have to get up at 3am for work) 

Well it is keeping my little boy awake and my wife and me and like I said the pricks are even trying to park in my driveway.
So I think lets see drunk scum + prolly on drugs = brackins and theft 

I live in a coldasack and we used to have these kids playing football outside till 11 at night thats not late for me on the weekend but when it comes time for the weekday I need to work. I would come out to take out the trash and they are laying or sitting on my car,  . After about 2 weeks of them staying up everynight screaming yelling and just being retarded. I filled my paintball tank made that thing shoot as hot as it can froze the paintbalss snuck across the street in front of my neighbors house and let that thing rip. Never had an issue withem since.
