A gentleman on GSR would like to do basically the same thing as I've done, but he wants to be able to run a 160mm tire...means at least a 4" wheel.

I have em both - front well I dunno, the stock is so common I'd get it local. Kat 4.5 wheel and rotor 150 and shipping.
B4 wheel with 90% tar - its 150 wide AFAIK. Also 150 and shipping.

The Kat wheel is the swoopy kind that matches the GS500 front, right?  What about a couple rotors?

Straight not swoopy, B4 is swoopy. All 4.5 kat's are straight spoke and lighter than swoopy ones.
What rotor ? GS rotors - I have never pulled a decent rotor from the damn GS. They are too thin when new.
The rear rotor on the Kat 4.5 is new (almost new) and the B4 uses GS rotor and its very nice too.
Front wheel I suggest you get locally, its not worth the extra $ of even mailing. All of mine are sold to locals, in fact I do an exchange with the guys so they can fit a tire on it and swap them with theirs.

Well he found a GSXR1100 wheel that's 17" and swoopy, but he has no rotors for it.  I think I have him some solid ones that will work.  Weight isn't so much a concern as matching haha.

Wheel+rotor will be 20 bucks or so. I'll cover the extra it if its more.
