So when I bought the bike I thought about all of the ways I could and would utilize the rack, that was half a year ago or so and I still haven't used it. I'm having a real itch of a time figuring out which boxes can be used with it. I though about bolting a milk crate to it but those aren't very aesthetic. It would work with a stretch net over the top so I just might use one if I don't figure this out. I don't need anything fancy, just useable. Preferably big enough for a full size helmet. A list of compatible storage options or a website that simplifies the process would be great. TwistedThrottle and everywhere else I've been are no help at all. If you have a SW Motech rack, what are you using? Thanks a lot!

It has no use whatsoever and will actually slow your bike down and decrease hp. Better sell it to me and save yourself all the headaches 

In seriousness, I am looking to purchase one, I have a shad 42l top box with mounting plate. The plate mounts on the rack, then the lockable top box can be taken on/off with a key.

The Givi Monolock cases come with a base plate that bolts to the SW-Motec rack per TwistedThrottle.  I bought a 33L Monolock for about $90 back in 04 and bolted it to a Suzuki rack and it has 5 years and 60k miles on it now.  Very durable.

I'd suggest Krauser's K-Wing plus a K4 or K5 case. The K-Wing will attach to your SW-Motech rack and is what the K5 case will attach to. Try these llinks:
