Leave by 12:30 from Cave Spring Kroger
Head up Bent Mountain
Left on Callaway then Gap Gate/Bethlehem to Boones Mill
220 to Rocky Mount, eat at Olde Virginia BBQ & Grill ($10 buffet available until 2PM, http://www.myhometowneats.com/content/2683)
Come back on 220 for short route, or up 122 to Burnt Chimney and back on 116 if it's still nice!
