Pipes need re-painting, but they're in good shape.  I am willing to re-paint the pipes if you can wait until it warms-up.  It sounds very aggressive, and it's very light.  $60 plus shipping and it's yours.  Muffler alone is $161.95 new.  Bike had 18,000 miles when pipes came off.
