Want to buy a broken '90 GS??

I'm putting a feeler out for my GS.  I've attached a link to explain what I think is wrong with the bike.  From the sounds of it, it shouldn't be too tough to fix if you have some mech. knowledge.  The bike will probably also need a new rear tire.  Located in State College PA.  I can't remember the exact mileage but it's right around 11k.  Bike ran great when it ran.

Mine is the red one in the back.  Tire is in about the same condition.

Right in the middle of the state.  It's in Centre County (Penn State University).
