Has anyone succesfully installed this system? does it eat at the battery? Thinking about getting it but would like to be able to remove it just in case I get a newer bike (non-destructive installation?)

I have one installed - easily removed for use on another bike.  It would drain my battery if I let it sit for extended periods, but otherwise no issues.  Great product.

Some of the higher end alarms come with a model specific harness which is just plug and play.
