or its a 12 year old thats still in 4th grade and can barely read thinking he would impress his gangsta friends.  Sorry I'm a little jaded, my fiance teaches in a "low income district" in Phoenix AZ and it amazes me what some of the ghetto parents allow their children to do, say, wear, and get away with.

This is why I'm a firm believer in parents should be able to spank their children.  More problems arose when parents are now afraid to spank for fear of charges being filed for abuse.  Our futures are in our hands, use them wisely lol
