After months of working too hard and neglecting the bike, that NEXXUS Stainless Steel system is ON!!! A good, used exhaust but polishes up awesome! Many thanks to Andy and Dave at Stafford Motorcycles (UK) for their help in fitting the new one having given up trying to get the last exhaust bolt out myself...... YOU GUYS ARE TOPS!!

choice now between K+N's/Jets or Dominator Twin Headlight conversion. Think the Domi may win. Fenderectomy this weekend though...... + fitting of new mini indicators.

aint it strange how once think "i'll just add this..." that it never ends......

Nexxus exhaust..... can't say i know it. Do you have any pictures of the exhaust on the bike? If you dont then get some!  :flipoff:

Get the K+N drop in and jets done, with the new exhaust your bike will thank you. I plan to TRY and get a system for my bike, either a Vance and Hines or Jardine system. Which ever one will put out more power and decent sound i guess (and if it will fit my 07 model). Dont bother about making the bike "look" good just yet, first get the inside all nice and done then work on the outside. Thats what i would do anyway (if i could go back in time and get my engine done up, already made it "look" nice).

Good point REAP, get the inside done then the outside. Will take some pics this weekend (if it stops fkn raining!) - as said this Nexxus is from another GS so is not brand new, but polishes up nice. Sounds whole heap better already than the stock zorst. So K&N lunchbox and 140/150 mains (as per the Wiki!) about to be ordered. Wheres that credit card gone.......

Unforunately in the UK we have a little thing called weather and seasons! Its a workhouse - used daily as commuter hack and then a weekend back lane scratcher. Does the job - if u think that aint pretty, you shud see the rider.......  :cookoo:

You can loose the fender but not the reflecter, it will have to go somewhere on the back.....or they will laugh at you come MOT time.

REAP

I dont have any reflectors on my bike. Then again i do live in Australia  :flipoff:
