Servus,

so the first plans for the new front on the eightball in labor.

the good thing is that the harley parts can continue to be used and hence the cool light output is maintained. perhaps only on ne 100 watt bulb change.

shocksystem fare is about 750 eu, wheel just as much. plus the cost of materials, tire, chrome and registration.

So keep in limitless.

started when the TÜV is convinced by the plan and its ok there.

Hi JIM my name is LUKAS I live in Poland. I'am watching your bike mods since long time, tons of great work. I wanted to ask you about the mods with the bandit 12 swingarm (if it's not a secret :icon_mrgreen:) I'am modding my GS ( http://forum.gs-500.de/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=33270) and i want to ask you how you solved problem with clutch pusher, if you have had any problem at all, because with your offset sprocket this problem may not exist, I'am gonna have more offset and I need to solve that pusher prob. I've got some ideas but I'am curious what do you think about that?

Servus,

no problem because during secrets B12 remodeling. Just need to change the swingarm and other rifles for use within axis. will still need an offset pinion with 5 mm offset and no longer 5mm clutch pressure rod. Also you need to cover pinion set 3mm to the outside.
Because I make your remodeling later with pictures of a solution.

Thank's Jim. Pics can be very helpful. I'am on a good way to put it all together with your help it can be much easier.

Jim Knopf

servus,

so here are the pics:

It is a specially prepared offset pinion. On the outer end, a ball with intractable right seat. were also special bolts to support the pinion cover made.

This is about a pinion aiming at the frame is based.

Assembled it looks like this.
