Ok, I was planning ahead and gathered all the parts to do a complete top end job on my GS500.  I was pretty sure a rebuild was coming in the near future.  Thru some luck it doesn't seem to be the case.  This engine won't die.  If it does blow up I'm not going to fix it...I'll turn it into a coffee table...so...all of my parts are up for sale.  

ALL PARTS ARE NEW IN SEALED PACKAGE EXCEPT HEAD, BLOCK AND V&H PISTON.  This is pretty much all of the parts required to do a top end on a GS500.  All of the new parts were ordered from Bike Bandit for a 1990 but most will fit all years.  

THE PART NUMBERS LISTED ARE SUZUKI PART NUMBERS.  Bike bandit doesn't give you the genuine suzuki part numbers, but ron ayers does...so if you want to double check that the parts fit your machine use ron ayers.

Yeah, I bought the head from ineedanap to use for my Frankenstein experiment. So lopee, which valve is it that's sticking? What do we (that is, you) know is wrong with it that I've got to fix?

5th ave: AFAIK - and he's a local to me so he's stopped by and swapped stories etc - Lopee had a bent valve, not neccesarily sticking. Of all the things he somehow bend it when he was working on it. That actually saved his bacon - it never ran with it bent, he swapped the head with one I rebuilt - I had a valve swap in the works for it but never got to it (what else is new), then I sold the head to ineedanap. You swap that 1 valve, inspect the guides and seat and you're home free.

Your exhaust is on my bike with fresh flat aluminum paint and it has been initial cooked. A final cook will be tommorow on the ride to work and back.
Then it goes off to you with the Kat 750 and the sproket. BTW, the 750 kat shock I said had a broken dial - OK that one is sold, you have a fresh new - nothing broken, not even a cable - which makes it rare as a purple unicorn in the kat shock world, and the sproken from ineedanap - that would be it right ?
See how patience pays - OK not every much, but pay it does.
