This is my 1st twin. I've always had inline 4's, so please forgive me if this is common knowledge.  My bike has a full Yosh exaust system on it. Is this a quality pipe or should I look for a differant one?  I am in the process of a frame-off refurb and don't want to put junk on it. :dunno_white:

You should definately replace it with a jardine or a laser deeptone.  Then you can sell me the yosh.  I've only been looking for one for a few months.

Seriously, though it's not junk.  The full yosh exhaust is one of the most sought after exhausts.  Most people swap for a yosh, not the other way around.  It's a quality piece that flows better than most aftermarket exhausts.  It's also kind of hard to find since they haven't made it since 1994, so you're fortunate to have one.

but...if you decide to sell...let me know first!!!!!!  :D

So the $150 i paid for the bike was worth it?   I can't figure out how to post a pic. How is the sound of the pipe?

Huh? :dunno_white:

Excuse my ignorance, but, doesn't Yosh make exhausts for inline 4's as well? Are they quality pipes for inline 4's?

If you paid $150 and it runs then you got a good deal I think.

Tell you what.. I'll drive down there, hand you $200 and take that GS off your hands for you... hell, that's a good $50 turn over!  :cookoo:

Keep the yosh on there... sand it down, paint it with high-temp (Flame Proof) exhaust paint...

Go over the bike with a fine-tooth comb... if you're unsure of what you're doing, take it to a shop, shell out $500 for them to go through it and you'll still be ahead of the game for under $700 for a good running GS.
