I was little bit involved in the efi-332 project which sort of morphed in to mega/microsquirt. If I can find my old emulator box, iI will send it to you. But I think I pitched it.

Well, for now the gs hass become an efi project. I don't have enough bike knowledgre to pass judgement, so I'm giving it a go.

Wife says I need another ike that isn't a project so I can unwind... love that gal !!!!!  ;)))

es and no. One of the newer versions is now called MicroSquirt, and it's supposedly spark -and- fuel, along with a few neat logging features and on-the-go-tuning that should make it fun. It's not cheap, so I'll work a little overtime and sneak the cash into the I'm-not-smart-enough-to-know-better-efi-fund. THe wife approves, and buddha has doubts, that's good enough for me ;)

good question. there isn't much left after the headlight and all. I'm assuming i'll be ok, with a motorcycle specific pump. assuming does a lot ;)

sweet. with / without the emulator, i'd like to pick your brain in the not-too-far-off future. that's are ally nice offer. thanks !

No prob, it's one small part of what I went to school for, more or less.

To solve your available amperage needs convert your turns, tails, brake, gauge lights, warning indicators and marker lamps to L.E.D. lighting. Then I would look at an H.I.D. conversion on the headlamp. That should free up more than enough of your generation capacity to run EFI.
Why didn't you just go the whole way and buy me a f@#king Kawasaki you bastards.

I've considered that.. more than likely ill have to. For the testing/learning,  the headlight will be un plugged. Once its together ill likely find an LED headlight too, drawing even less. So much to do still. Not really even started ! :)

The Buddha

You could find out how to fit a goldwing regulator.
The alternator makes the juice, the regulator cuts it off - or atleast it makes more than what you get out of it especially at higher revs. 4k+ is fine.
Cool.
