I need a picture, or clear statement, of where the LOOSE - meaning non plastic harness connector - wires go in the headlight bucket. I totally forgot, would love to not have to sit there and remember the unfun way. I dont know which ones are for turn sigs, which ones are for the clutch safety switch, and what the others are for. someone help me out por favour.

all you have to do is unscrew your headlight front, and write it down/take a picture, so i can tell what colours go to what, and I will paypal you 10$

I am building a 98 for a friend. I would imagine the colours are fairly constant through out the years, so if you have a diff year, please give it a shot

This is for U.S. E models from 1990-96 since you didn't specify.  Brown and black/white are for the sidelight.  Those are the ones you're probably looking for.  I don't have a sidelight either.  There are several black/white wires.  They are all common ground wires.  Both turn signal positive wires are black.  Yellow, white, and again black/white go to the headlight.  Nothing else is shown on the schematic to be in the headlight bucket.

No need to send me money.  Give it to Sarah Palin 2012 instead! 

OK HERE ARE THE PICS OF THE LOOSE WIRES

first up are the 5 yellow/white/green wires

they come to and from the parts with the black and yellow plugs



second there are the 2 wires - one black with white, the other brown

no clue - the come from the "main harness" bunch



lastly are the four wires - black, green, black/white, black and white

all coming out of the lead for the green and blue plugs

i also have the 2 clutch safety switch wires, i KNOW they plug into something, hahaha

In America it's called being a gentelman. Anyway the colours are standard.

Wiring diagram is in the manual ... sorry no GS no more ... no help then.

The clutch is yellow with green tracer.
Sorry the yellow for headlight was the wrong answer ... it was the correct answer to a different quesiton.

I'm probably wrong, but the yellow reminds me of the park light wire and the other 4 your had in the pic look a lot like turn signal wires. Can you put a meter on them to see if that works out?

BTW, she's def not too goth or anything. Shes perfect. lol  I'm jealous beyond belief.
